This Cloud Slime is a Fluffy Pink and Blue swirl mix. Smells just like Cotton Candy.

The texture of this slime i super fluffy, with all the drizzle!

Once you receive this you will need to fluff it up by stretching it and putting it back together a few times , then its time for some Cloud Slime fun!

We endeavour to process orders within 24-48 hours of being placed however during high peak and sale periods it may take up to 72 hours for orders to be processed.

We deliver internationally to selected countries:

• NZ $20 for up to 4 Slimes (1kg) $30 for up to 6 Slimes (2kg )
• USA $20 for up to 4 Slimes (1kg) $30 for up to 6 Slimes (2kg )

Tracking Your Package

We recommend you follow the steps below before contacting us if your parcel has not arrived yet. 

When you purchase from Slime Shack your email address is allocated to the shipped order.

You will be emailed a shipping notification from Slime Shack which will include your tracking number and logistic partner details so you may track your parcels journey. You will also be emailed directly from the logistics partner the tracking details as a secondary tracking source. Please use the information in these emails to keep up to date on your parcels journey.

If you have not received any emails with the above information please check your junk mail and confirm if the correct email was provided to us at checkout.

If for some reason your parcel is delayed or missing it is always best to open a direct late parcel enquiry directly with the logistic partner to ensure that your delivery issues are resolved quickly.

If you provide us an incorrect address for delivery and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying $7.95 for a re-delivery fee. 

We want you to be happy shopping with us! If you have any issues with your order, please let us know through info@slimeshack.com.au. Any rights you have under our returns, refunds and exchange policy are additional to the rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

We are more than happy to offer a return, refund or exchange product(s), providing the following conditions are met:

- The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase

- The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including attached tags and labels.
